Pitch. 3.1 Clause 5.7 of the Principal Agreement shall be deleted and replaced with the following: ‘Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Council in accordance with clause 3.12(c) of this Schedule, the Pitch shall only be used for the Permitted Uses.’
