Common use of Pit’s restrictions Clause in Contracts

Pit’s restrictions. The Competitor must not allow children under the age of 16 years inside the pits and in the pit lane. The Competitor must not set up tents of any type or size behind the pit garages. The Competitor must not use ovens and stoves inside the pits. The Competitor must not establish or permit kitchen and lunch facilities inside or close to the pits. Team kitchen facilities must be placed in a protected corner or tent in the designated hospitality area. The Competitor must not store more than 60 litres of fuel in its garage. The Competitor shall wear a helmet in the pits and at all further times as requested by FIM Regulations. The Competitor must comply with all other rules communicated to it by or on behalf of DSE, the FIM, or the Event organiser related to the pit.
