Common use of Place and Date of Closing Clause in Contracts

Place and Date of Closing. The consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement (the "Closing") shall take place at the offices of Greexxxxx Xxxuxxx, X.A., 111 Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, 00xx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx 00000, xx such other location as is agreed to between the parties, at a time mutually agreeable to the parties, or on such date as may be reasonably required to accommodate a satisfaction of the conditions precedent to Closing hereunder (the date of the Closing being referred to in this Agreement as the "Closing Date").
