Such meetings may take place outside the State of Iowa upon the written consent of a Member or Members holding a Super-majority of Units. Presence in person, or by proxy or written ballot, shall constitute participation in a meeting, except where a person participates in the meeting for the express purpose of objecting to the transaction of any business on the ground that the meeting is not lawfully convened.
