Place of Business; Location of Records. Maintain its chief executive office, and the office where its records are kept, at the address of the Borrower set forth in Section 5.23, except as provided in the following sentence. Borrower shall provide Lender with fourteen (14) days’ advance written notice of any change in the location of its chief executive offices or the office where Borrower’s records are kept.
