Place of Business The LLC’s principal place of business shall be St. Louis, Missouri. The Member may establish and maintain such other offices and additional places of business of the LLC, either within or without the State of Delaware, or close any office or place of business of the LLC, as it deems appropriate.
Place of Business; Name The Borrower will not transfer its chief executive office or principal place of business, or move, relocate, close or sell any business location. The Borrower will not permit any tangible Collateral or any records pertaining to the Collateral to be located in any state or area in which, in the event of such location, a financing statement covering such Collateral would be required to be, but has not in fact been, filed in order to perfect the Security Interest. Principal Place of Business and Organization No Borrower shall change its principal place of business set forth in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement without first giving Lender thirty (30) days prior notice.
