Place of Delivery and Acceptance. The Aircraft and Aircraft Documents shall be delivered to and accepted by LESSEE at the Delivery Location, unless LESSOR and LESSEE otherwise agree in writing upon another location subsequent to the execution of this Lease. The parties agree that the Delivery Location will be selected to minimize the possibility of taxes to be assessed against LESSEE and/or LESSOR.
