The execution of this Agreement shall be complete only upon its execution by the Promoter at the Promoter's Officeat Kolkata or at some other place at Kolkata as may be decided by the Promoter, after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Promoter or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the Additional Registrar of Assurance/Sub- Registrar/Additional Sub-Registrar. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be complete completed only upon its execution by the Promoter Vendor/Developer at the PromoterVendor/Developer 's Officeat Kolkata Office, or at some other place at Kolkata as place, which may be decided by mutually agreed between the PromoterVendor/Developer and the Allottee, in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Promoter or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the Additional Registrar of Assurance/Sub- Registrar/Additional District Sub-RegistrarRegistrar at Sonarpur. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at KolkataSonarpur.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement agreement shall be complete only upon its execution by the Promoter through its authorized signatory at the Promoter's Officeat Kolkata ’s Office, or at some other place at Kolkata Place, as may be decided by the Promoter, in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Promoter or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the Additional District Sub- Registrar/ District Sub Registrar of Assurance/Sub- Registrar/Additional Sub-Registraras the case may be. The execution of this Agreement shall be complete completed only upon its execution by the Promoter Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER through their authorized signatories at the Promoter's Officeat Kolkata PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER’s Office, or at some other place at Kolkata as place, which may be decided by mutually agreed between the PromoterPROMOTER/ DEVELOPER and the Allottee, in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Promoter or Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the Additional Registrar of Assurance/Sub- Registrar/Additional concerned Sub-Registrar. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be complete only upon its execution by the Promoter No.2 through its authorized signatory at the Promoter's Officeat Kolkata Promoter No.2’s Office, or at some other place at Kolkata as place, which may be decided by mutually agreed between the Promoter, Promoter No.2 and the Allottee in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Promoter or No.2 simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the Additional Registrar of Assurance/Sub- Registrar/Additional concerned Sub-RegistrarRegistrar at Kolkata. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be complete completed only upon its execution by the Promoter through its authorized signatory at the Promoter's Officeat Kolkata Office, or at some other place at Kolkata as place, which may be decided by mutually agreed between the PromoterPromoter and the Allottee, in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Promoter or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the Additional Sub- Registrar at the office of Assurance/Sub- Registrar/Additional Sub-Registrarthe A.D.S.R. Garia. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be complete completed only upon its execution by the Promoter through their authorized signatories at the Office of the Promoter's Officeat Kolkata , or at some such other place at Kolkata place, as may be decided by the Promoter, in Kolkata, 24 Paraganas (North) after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Promoter or simultaneously with the execution of the said Agreement shall be registered at the office having jurisdiction to register such documents in respect of the Additional Registrar of Assurance/Sub- Registrar/Additional Sub-Registrarsaid unit. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be complete only upon its execution by the Promoter Vendor-Cum-Developer through its authorized signatory at the Promoter's Officeat Kolkata Vendor-Cum- Developer’s Office, or at some other place at Kolkata as place, which may be decided by mutually agreed between the Promoter, Vendor-Cum-Developer and the Allottees in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee Allottees and the Promoter or Vendor-Cum-Developer simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the Additional Registrar of Assurance/Sub- Registrar/Additional concerned Sub-RegistrarRegistrar at Kolkata. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be complete completed only upon its execution by the Promoter through its authorized signatory at the Promoter's Officeat Kolkata Office, or at some other place at Kolkata as place, which may be decided by mutually agreed between the PromoterPromoter and the Allottee, in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Promoter or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the Sub- Registrar at Burdwan or Additional Registrar of Assurance/Sub- Registrar/Additional Sub-RegistrarAssurance Kolkata. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement agreement shall be complete only upon its execution by the Promoter through its authorized signatory at the Promoter's Officeat Kolkata Promoter‟s Office, or at some other place at Kolkata as Place, which may be decided by mutually agreed between the PromoterPromoter and the Allottee, in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Promoter or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the Additional District Sub- Registrar/ District Sub Registrar/ Additional Registrar of Assurance/Sub- Registrar/Additional Sub-RegistrarAssurance as the case may be. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be complete completed only upon its execution by the Promoter through its authorized signatory at the Promoter's Officeat Kolkata Office, or at some other place at Kolkata as place, which may be decided by mutually agreed between the PromoterPromoter and the Allottee, in Jaipur Rajasthan after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Promoter or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the Additional Sub- Registrar of Assurance/Sub- Registrar/Additional Sub-Registrarat Jaipur Rajasthan. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at KolkataJaipur Rajasthan.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be complete only upon its execution by the Owner/Promoter at the Owner/Promoter's Officeat Kolkata or at some other place at Kolkata as may be decided by the Owner/Promoter, after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Owner/Promoter or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the Additional Registrar of Assurance/Sub- Sub-Registrar/Additional Sub-Registrar. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be complete completed only upon its execution by the Promoter through its authorized signatory at the Promoter's Officeat Kolkata ’s Office, or at some other place at Kolkata as place, which may be decided by mutually agreed between the PromoterPromoter and the Allottee, in Kolkata and after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Promoter or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office Office of the Additional Sub-Registrar/ Registrar of AssuranceAssurances/Sub- Registrar/Additional Sub-RegistrarDistrict Registrar (as the case may be). Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be complete only upon its execution by the Promoter through its authorized signatory, at the Promoter's Officeat Kolkata ’s Office, or at some other place at Kolkata as place, which may be decided by mutually agreed between the PromoterPromoter and the Allottee, in 30 days after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Promoter or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the Additional District Sub-Registrar at Alipore or Registrar of Assurance/Sub- Registrar/Additional Sub-RegistrarAssurances at Kolkata or any other Registering Authority having jurisdiction over the SCHEDULE – A premises. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be complete completed only upon its execution by the Promoter through its authorized signatory at the Promoter's Officeat Kolkata Office, or at some other place at Kolkata as place, which may be decided by mutually agreed between the PromoterPromoter and the Allottee, in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Promoter or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the Additional Sub- Registrar of Assurance/Sub- Registrar/Additional Sub-Registrarat A.D.S.R. Bidhannagar, Salt lake, Kolkata. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

The execution of this Agreement shall be complete completed only upon its execution by the Promoter through its authorized signatory at the Promoter's Officeat Kolkata ’s Office’, or at some other place at Kolkata as place, which may be decided by mutually agreed between the PromoterPromoter and the Allottee, in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Promoter or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office Office of the Additional Registrar of AssuranceAssurances/Sub- District Registrar/Additional Sub-Registrar. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata, West Bengal.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be complete completed only upon its execution by the Promoter through its authorized signatory at the Promoter's Officeat ’s Office’, in Kolkata or at some other place at Kolkata as may be decided by the Promoter, after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Promoter or simultaneously with the execution execution, the said Agreement shall be registered at the office Office of the Additional Registrar of Assurance/Sub- Registrar/Additional District Sub-Registrar,Rajarhat or any other competent Registry office. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be complete completed only upon its execution by the Promoter through its authorized signatory at the Promoter's Officeat Kolkata Office, or at some other place at Kolkata as place, which may be decided by mutually agreed between the PromoterPromoter and the Allottee(s), after in Jaipur. After the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee Allottee(s) and the Promoter or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the Additional Registrar of Assurance/Sub- Registrar/Additional Sub-RegistrarRegistrar at Jaipur. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at KolkataJaipur.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be complete only upon its execution by the Promoter through its authorized signatory at the Promoter's Officeat Kolkata ’s Office, or at some other place at Kolkata as place, which may be decided by mutually agreed between the PromoterPromoter and the Allottee, in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Promoter or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the Additional Registrar of Assurance/Sub- Registrar/Additional Sub-RegistrarRegistrar at the office of Kolkata/District Sub-Registrar at the office of Sodepur. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be complete completed only upon its execution by the Promoter Vendor/Developer at the PromoterVendor/Developer 's Officeat Kolkata Office, or at some other place at Kolkata as place, which may be decided by mutually agreed between the PromoterVendor/Developer and the Allottee, in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Promoter or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the Additional Registrar of Assurance/Sub- Registrar/Additional District Sub-RegistrarRegistrar at Sonarpur. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been havebeen executed at KolkataSonarpur.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be complete completed only upon its execution by the Promoter through its authorized signatory at the Promoter's Officeat Kolkata ’s Office, or at some other place at Kolkata as place, which may be decided by mutually agreed between the PromoterPromoter and the Allottee, in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Promoter or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the Additional Registrar of Assurance/Sub- Registrar/Additional Sub-RegistrarRegistrar at A.D.S.R. Sonarpur. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be complete only upon its execution by the Promoter Promoters through their respective authorized signatory, who is the Vendor of the Said Unit, at the Promoter's Officeat Kolkata Promoters’ Office, or at some other place at Kolkata as place, which may be decided by mutually agreed between the Promoter, Promoters and the Allottee in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Promoter or simultaneously Promoters. Simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the Additional Registrar of Assurance/Sub- Registrar/Additional concerned Sub-RegistrarRegistrar at Kolkata. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be complete completed only upon its execution by the Promoter through its authorized signatory at the Promoter's Officeat Kolkata ’s office or at some other place places which may be mutually agreed between the Promoter and the Allottee, at Kolkata as may be decided by the Promoter, after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Promoter or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office any of the jurisdiction of the Sub-Registrar at Cossipore, Dum Dum and Additional Registrar of Assurance/Sub- Registrar/Additional Sub-Registrar. Assurances at Kolkata, Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

The execution of this Agreement shall be complete only upon its execution by the Promoter Promoters through its authorized signatory at the Promoter's Officeat Kolkata Co-Owner/Developer’s Office, or at some other place at Kolkata as place, which may be decided by mutually agreed between the Promoter, Co-Owner/Developer and the Allottees in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee Allottees and the Promoter or Co-Owner/Developer simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the Additional Registrar of Assurance/Sub- Registrar/Additional concerned Sub-RegistrarRegistrar at Kolkata. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

The execution of this Agreement shall be complete only upon its execution by the Promoter through its authorized signatory at the Promoter's Officeat Kolkata ’s Office, or at some other place at Kolkata as place, which may be decided by mutually agreed between the PromoterPromoter and the Allottee, in Kolkata/Burdwan after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Promoter or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the Additional Registrar of Assurance/Sub- Registrar/Additional Sub-RegistrarRegistrar at . Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata./Burdwan

PLACE OF EXECUTION.
