Common use of PLACE OF EXECUTION Clause in Contracts

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be completed only upon its execution by or on behalf of the Vendors through their respective authorized signatory/constituted attorney at the Promoter’s Office, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the Vendors and the Allottee in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee. After execution this Agreement shall be registered at the office of the Registrar, District Sub Registrar, Additional District Sub Registrar and/or any other authority having jurisdiction to register this Agreement. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata within the jurisdiction of the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta.

After execution this Agreement shall be registered at the office of the Registrar, District Sub Sub-Registrar, Additional District Sub Sub-Registrar and/or any other authority having jurisdiction to register this Agreement. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata within the jurisdiction of the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta.

Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata within the jurisdiction of the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta.

Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata within the jurisdiction of the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta.

Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata within the jurisdiction of the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta.
