Common use of Place of Meetings; Participation by Telephone Clause in Contracts

Place of Meetings; Participation by Telephone. All meetings of the Members of the Company shall be held at such places, within or without the State of Delaware, as may from time to time be designated by the Managing Member and specified in the respective notices or waivers of notice thereof. Participation in any meeting may be by means of conference telephone or similar communications equipment pursuant to which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other, and such participation shall constitute presence in person at such meeting. Minutes of the meetings shall be recorded.
