Common use of Place of Members’ Meetings Clause in Contracts

Place of Members’ Meetings. All meetings of the Members shall be held at the principal place of business of the Company or at any other place in the United States as shall be specified or fixed in the notices or waivers of notice thereof; provided that a Member may participate in a meeting of the Members by means of telephone or similar communications equipment, so long as all of the Members participating in the meeting can hear each other at the same time. Such participation shall constitute presence in person at the meeting.
