Common use of Place of Payment and Filing Clause in Contracts

Place of Payment and Filing. Payments and statements required by the Section in this Lease entitled “RENT” shall be delivered to the County of Orange, Office of the Auditor- Controller, Xxxx Xxxxx Airport Accounting Services, 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx 00000. The designated place of payment and filing may be changed at any time by COUNTY upon ten (10) days' written notice to TENANT. Payments may be made by check payable to the County of Orange. TENANT assumes all risk of loss if payments are made by mail.
