Place of Payment of Rent. All payments of rent shall be made by Tenant to Landlord without notice or demand at such place as Landlord may from time to time designate in writing. The initial place for payment of rent shall be Whittier Partners, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇. Any extension of time for the payment of any installment of rent, or the acceptance of rent after the time at which it is due and payable shall not be a waiver of the rights of Landlord to insist on having all other payments made in the manner and at the times herein specified.
