Common use of Place of Payment or Prepayment Clause in Contracts

Place of Payment or Prepayment. All payments and prepayments made in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement or any other Loan Document in respect of principal, interest, fees, costs or expenses shall be made on the date when due in Dollars, without deduction, set-off or counterclaim, to an account of the Lender located in New York, New York, or such other place as designated by the Lender.
