Common use of Place of Repayments Clause in Contracts

Place of Repayments. (a) All payments of principal, interest and other amounts to be made by the Borrower to the Agent pursuant to this Agreement shall be made at its address noted in section 13.09 or to such other address as the Agent may direct in writing from time to time. All such payments received by the Agent on a Business Day before 2:00 p.m. (Toronto time) shall be treated as having been received by the Agent on that day; payments made after such time on a Business Day shall be treated as having been received by the Agent on the next Business Day.
