Place of Repayments. 4.6.1 All payments of principal, interest and other amounts to be made by the Borrower pursuant to this Agreement shall be made directly to the Lender, with such payments being made by the Borrower at such address and to such account as the Lender may direct in writing from time to time. All such payments received by the Lender on a Business Day before 5:00 p.m. (Vancouver, British Columbia time) shall be treated as having been received by the Lender on that day; payments made after such time on a Business Day shall be treated as having been received by the Lender on the next Business Day.
