Common use of Place of Residence Only Clause in Contracts

Place of Residence Only. To use the Accommodation Unit as a place of residence only and for no other purpose without the prior written consent of the Scheme Operator.

Place of Residence Only. 7.1.1 To use the Accommodation Unit as a place residence of residence the Resident only and for no other purpose without the Scheme Operator’s prior written consent, which consent may be granted or refused or granted subject to conditions at the absolute discretion of the Scheme Operator.
