Common use of Place of Services Clause in Contracts

Place of Services. Unless otherwise mutually agreed by Executive and the Company, the Services provided by Executive hereunder will be performed at the offices of the Company or its respective subsidiary, or, at such other location as may be required, in the Company’s sole discretion, to perform the Services.
