Common use of Placement Agent Agreement Clause in Contracts

Placement Agent Agreement. The Company has entered into a Placement Agent Agreement (the “Placement Agent Agreement”) with the Placement Agent that contains certain representations, warranties, covenants and agreements of the Company.
