Common use of Placement Agents' Compensation Clause in Contracts

Placement Agents' Compensation. Because the proceeds from the sale of the Capital Securities shall be used to purchase the Debentures from the Company, the Company shall pay an aggregate of $20.00 for each $1,000.00 of principal amount of Debentures sold to the Trust (excluding the Debentures related to the Common Securities purchased by the Company).
