Placement of Dumpsters. CONTRACTOR shall empty all Dumpsters from the Customer’s Dumpster enclosure or where placed by the Customer on collection day. Dumpsters, after being emptied by CONTRACTOR, will be returned by CONTRACTOR as close as reasonably possible to its original location. No Dumpsters shall be placed by Customer or CONTRACTOR in the public right-of-way unless specific written approval has been given by the TOWN. Valet service may be provided by CONTRACTOR as a special service (see Exhibit 5).
