Placement of Liens on Property. Borrower or any Related Entity shall, without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent (as directed by the Required Lenders) and except as permitted by Sections 7.5 and 7.6 hereof, create, place or permit to be created or placed, or through any act or failure to act, acquiesce in the placing of, or allow to remain, any mortgage, deed of trust, pledge, lien (statutory, constitutional or contractual), or security interest, encumbrance or charge on, or conditional sale or other title retention agreement, regardless of whether same are expressly subordinate to the liens of the CBL Mortgage, with respect to the property described in any CBL Mortgage; or
