The Placement Service Fee clause defines the payment required for services related to placing a candidate or securing a position. Typically, this fee is charged by a recruitment agency or service provider to the client once a candidate is successfully hired, and it may be calculated as a percentage of the candidate’s starting salary or as a fixed amount. This clause ensures that the terms of compensation for placement services are clear, helping to prevent disputes over payment and outlining the financial obligations of the client.
PLACEMENT SERVICE FEE. The Agency Placement Service Fee, as agreed to in writing between Agency and Client, will be based on an agreed percentage of the total estimated wages to be earned by the Candidate during the first twelve months of employment. The Agency Placement Service Fee does not include povisions for the interviewing process, relocation or temporary housing expenses. Agency Placement Service Fee is due on or before date of Agency Staff start.
