Common use of Places of Business and Location of Collateral Clause in Contracts

Places of Business and Location of Collateral. It has no other places of business and locates no Collateral, specifically including books and records, at any location other than as set forth in the first paragraph of this Agreement and as set forth on Schedule 5.1(p) attached hereto. It shall maintain a full --------------- and complete set of its books and records in its offices at the chief executive office described in the immediately preceding paragraph.
