Places of Business and Locations of Records. The principal places of business and chief executive office of Originator and the offices where it keeps all of its Records are located at the address(es) listed on Exhibit II or such other locations of which Buyer has been notified in accordance with Section 4.2(a) in jurisdictions where all action required by Section 4.2(a) has been taken and completed. Originator is a corporation incorporated solely in the State of Michigan. Originator’s Michigan organizational identification number and Federal Employer Identification Number are correctly set forth on Exhibit II.
