Change the location of its chief executive office or principal place of business or change its name or jurisdiction of organization without in each case giving the Administrative Agent ten (10) Business Days’ prior written notice of such change, and providing any information reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent in order to file additional Uniform Commercial Code financing statements or other relevant security documents.
