Common use of Places of Business; Registered Agent Clause in Contracts

Places of Business; Registered Agent. (a) The address of the principal office and place of business of the Company shall be 0000 00xx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 0000, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000. The Manager may change the location of the Company’s principal place of business and may establish such additional place or places of business of the Company as it deems advisable. The registered office of the Company required by the DLLCA to be maintained in the State of Delaware shall be the registered office named in the Certificate or such other office (which need not be a place of business of the Company) as the Manager may designate from time to time in the manner provided by law. The registered agent of the Company in the State of Delaware shall be the registered agent named in the Certificate or such other Person as the Manager may designate from time to time in the manner provided by law. The Manager may designate additional offices and/or agents and may change any registered office or agent of the Company at any time as deemed advisable.
