Common use of Places of Meetings Clause in Contracts

Places of Meetings. All meetings of the Members shall be held at such place, either within or without the State, as from time to time may be fixed by the Manager. A Member may attend in person or by conference call or other means where each participant can hear and be heard. For purposes of this Agreement, such telephonic attendance shall be deemed in person attendance at any such meeting.
