Common use of Places of Payment Clause in Contracts

Places of Payment. The redemption price shall be payable upon presentation and surrender of the Series 12 Debentures to be redeemed at any of the places where the principal of such Series 12 Debentures is expressed to be payable and at such other places (if any) as may be specified in the notice of redemption.
