Common use of Places of Payment Clause in Contracts

Places of Payment. The principal and Redemption Price of and interest on the 2022 Series A Bonds will be payable at the corporate trust office of The Bank of New York Mellon, New York, New York, as Trustee. The semi-annual interest on the Bonds shall be payable to the Bondholder by check or draft mailed to such Bondholder’s address last appearing on the registration books of the Trustee.
