Placing of Investment. 2.1 Subject to you investing with the Bank a principal amount (the “Principal Amount”) for a term and subject to the terms and conditions as specified in the term sheet issued by the Bank (“Term Sheet”) for the Investment selected by you and the term sheet shall form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that the terms in Clause 2.2 shall apply to Principal Protected Investments and the terms in Clause 2.3 shall apply to Non-Principal Protected Investments.
