The Parties agree to minimize the number and scope of requests for data and information not already provided to Plaintiffs through the Implementation Status Report process or to the Implementation Advisory Team pursuant to commitments set forth in paragraphs 25, 27, 48, 50, 51, 54(b), 59, and 60 of this Agreement.
