Has been advised by Defendant to consult with an attorney before signing this Release, has had an ample opportunity to consult with legal counsel of his own choice before executing this Release, and understands that Defendant shall not be responsible for any attorneys’ fees incurred by him; c. Has willingly executed this Release knowingly and voluntarily without any duress, coercion, or undue influence by Defendant, its representatives, or other persons; and d. Is, by reason of this Release and the release of claims herein, receiving from Defendant good and sufficient consideration in addition to anything of value to which he is already entitled.
