Plan Accounts / Data Maintenance. With respect to SIMPLE IRAs, upon receipt of participant and beneficiary information (collectively, “Participant”) and demographic data from the employer sponsoring a SIMPLE ▇▇▇ Plan (“Plan Sponsor”), BOSTON FINANCIAL shall enter such data into TRAC for the Plan and provide for the operation and maintenance of Plan records on TRAC.
