The "Plan Administrative Services" clause defines the responsibilities and scope of services provided by an administrator in managing a benefit or retirement plan. Plan Administrative Services. The Parties have agreed to retain a third-party administrator for the Health Plan. Any extensions, renewals, and/or subsequent RFPs must be approved by the Consortium Board as set forth below.
Plan Administrative Services. The Plan has engaged Diversified Investment Advisors, Inc., (“Diversified”), an affiliate of TFLIC, to provide certain retirement plan recordkeeping and administrative services to the Plan. To the extent the Plan has authorized the deduction of certain fees payable to Diversified from Participant accounts, such administrative fees may be deducted from a Participant’s Account in the SPL on the same basis as other investment options available under the Plan.

Plan Administrative Services a) Provide Customized Student Insurance Website with enrollment and benefit materials, specific to each TAMUS institution.
b) Provide Waiver Management, specific to each TAMUS institution.
c) Provide marketing communication plan with marketing pieces, as needed.
d) Provide Global Emergency Services and AD&D Benefit (AES). The cost for this coverage will be added as a per member per month fee to the premium paid by the student and dependent, when applicable.
Plan Administrative Services. Businessolver shall provide to the Employer the services described under this Schedule F and under any applicable attachments or addenda hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, related to the administration of the Plan (collectively referred to herein as the "Plan Administrative Services"). Such Plan Administrative Services may be provided by Businessolver or another qualified third-party service provider.
