Plan Administrator's Rules and Powers. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the Plan Administrator may from time to time establish rules, forms, and procedures for the administration of this Plan. The Plan Administrator's decisions as to entitlement to Benefits, amount of Benefits, and other matters will be based upon Employer records, the Plan Administrator's records, Employer, and all other relevant information, all as interpreted by the Plan Administrator in its sole discretion. Such decisions, actions, and records of the Plan Administrator will be conclusive and binding upon Employer and all persons having or claiming to have any right or interest in or under the Plan.
