Common use of Plan Amendment Required Clause in Contracts

Plan Amendment Required. A Plan amendment, agreed to by both the Town and the County, must occur in order to annex or to allow any use or development , or acquire for open space any parcel within the PPA where such annexation, use or development, or acquisition does not comply with the IGA Plan. The provisions of Section 11.0 of this IGA shall apply to any such Plan amendment.
