  • Plan and Defined Terms This award is granted under and subject to the terms of the 2005 Stock Incentive Compensation Plan and the Stock Incentive Compensation Plan (2005) Addendum dated July 5, 2005 (together the “Plan”), which is incorporated herein by reference.
