PLAN AND PLAN AMENDMENTS. You agree to furnish us with a copy of the Plan in effect on the Contract Date and any subsequent amendments to it. No amendment to the Plan which affects our duties and obligations will be effective under this contract if we notify you in writing that such change is unacceptable to us. We agree to notify you within 60 days after we receive an amendment if it is unacceptable.
