Plan and Plan Supplement. The Plan, as confirmed by the Bankruptcy Court, shall be consistent in all material respects with the RSA. The Plan Supplement (including all schedules, documents and forms of documents contained therein or constituting a part thereof) and the Definitive Documents shall be consistent in all material respects with the terms of this Agreement and the RSA.
