Common use of Plan Annual Reports Clause in Contracts

Plan Annual Reports. Promptly and in any event within 30 days ------------------- after the filing thereof with the Internal Revenue Service, each Obligor will furnish to the Administrative Agent copies of such Schedule B (Actuarial Information) to the annual report (Form 5500 Series) with respect to each Plan of each Obligor or any of its ERISA Affiliates that is then being maintained for employees or former employees of such Person.
