Plan Bonuses and Incentive Payments. The Executive is eligible to ----------------------------------- receive bonuses and other incentive payments in an amount calculated in accordance with the provisions contained in the executive incentive plans of the Company and IMCO, including IMCO's Annual Incentive Compensation Plan adopted in 1999 and the Performance Share Unit Plan adopted in 2000 or any successor plans (hereafter individually and collectively referred to as the "Incentive Plans").
