Plan Conversion. MassMutual will commence providing recordkeeping and other administrative services with respect to the Plan upon the completion of a conversion period during which all Plan records required by MassMutual to perform the Services are transferred to MassMutual. During the conversion period, MassMutual may rely on data supplied by the prior recordkeeper. The details of the Plan's conversion to MassMutual, including the Plan Sponsor's directions with respect to the investment of Plan assets, for example, mapping of plan assets, and other terms and conditions for the conversion, are described in Exhibit B.
