Common use of Plan Investments Clause in Contracts

Plan Investments. (a) There are no commingled investment vehicles that hold Plan Assets, the units of which are or will be Plan Assets involved in the Transactions or the transactions contemplated by the Ancillary Agreements. (b) No Plan Assets that are or will be involved in the Transactions or the transactions contemplated by the Ancillary Agreements are or will be managed pursuant to investment management agreements with any investment manager listed on Schedule 5.12.
