Plan of Adjustment. The Parties hereby understand, acknowledge and agree that the plan of adjustment in connection with the Chapter 9 Proceeding shall not amend, modify or contradict any provision of this Agreement, the Interim Management Services Agreement, the Financing Documents or the Lease.
