Plan Provisions Controlling. In the event the terms or provisions of the Trust Agreement or of any summary or description of the Plan or of any other instrument, agreement, or document are in any construction interpreted as being in conflict with the provisions of the Plan as herein set forth, the provisions of the Plan shall be controlling.
