Common use of Plan Reports Clause in Contracts

Plan Reports. In connection with the distribution services provided hereunder and with respect to a Rule 12b-1 Plan (the "Rule 12b-1 Plan") adopted by the Corporation on behalf of the Funds, the Distributor shall provide the Corporation such information as may be reasonably requested concerning the Distributor's activities and the costs incurred in performing such activities with respect to the Funds.

In connection with the distribution services provided hereunder and with respect to a the Rule 12b-1 Plan (the "Rule 12b-1 Plan") adopted by the Corporation on behalf of the Investor Class of each of the Funds, the Distributor shall provide the Corporation such information as may be reasonably requested concerning the Distributor's activities and the costs incurred in performing such activities with respect to the Funds.

In connection with the distribution services provided hereunder and with respect to a the Rule 12b-1 Plan (the "“Rule 12b-1 Plan"”) adopted by the Corporation on behalf of the Investor Class of each of the Funds, the Distributor shall provide the Corporation such information as may be reasonably requested concerning the Distributor's ’s activities and the costs incurred in performing such activities with respect to the Funds. The Distributor shall monitor amounts paid under the Rule 12b-1 Plan to ensure compliance with the Prospectuses and applicable FINRA rules.
