Common use of Plan Sponsor's Affiliates and Subsidiaries Clause in Contracts

Plan Sponsor's Affiliates and Subsidiaries. With advance notice to and the approval of the Company, the Plan Sponsor may include the employees and dependents of a subsidiary or affiliated companies under this Agreement. The Plan Sponsor will be liable for the payment of all amounts due to the Company and for the adequate funding with regard to Members of a subsidiary and affiliated companies.
