Common use of Plan Support Agreement Clause in Contracts

Plan Support Agreement. Promptly, and in no event later than two (2) Business Days following the entry of the Disclosure Statement Order and the Circular Order, whichever is later in time, the Company agrees to execute and deliver the Plan Support Agreement in the form attached as Exhibit D hereto (the “Plan Support Agreement”).
