Plan Terms Govern. This Agreement shall be construed consistent with the provisions of the Plan, and in the event of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Plan, the terms of the Plan shall control and any terms of this Agreement which conflict with Plan terms shall be void.
